im 170 pounds and lifted on and off for years,i never have dedicated myself to really achieve gains and was able to retain focus. i started up again a little over two months ago with mass-tech,creatine mono,and no-xplode. i have never been a big eater,therfoe my stomach is smaller as it is. i read meters for a living sometimes walking up to 15 miles a day,burning a shit load of calories. how could i improve bulking up,well any better ideas besides the obvious of eating correctly,based on my info i provided? thanks to any advice!
