    Early weight gain with test & deca

    Im just after alittle advice please,

    Im on my 3rd cycle and this time im doing enanthate and deca.Now on my 2nd cycle i did dbol and enanthate and i saw alittle gain in weight at the begining due to the dbol but got most of my gains round about week 5.

    I wasnt expecting to see anything till around week 5/6 from the test or even longer due to the deca BUT im about 7 pound up already and im only at the begining of week 3.

    Has anybody got any idea why this is happening.

    bloat? what are you taking, ancillary-wise? i know in my early cycles, i would pack it on quick, then plateau, didnt really matter what compounds...you surely have nolva/clomid/adex, something of this sort, right?

    ya i have nolva but i wasnt going to start taking it as i feel im not prone to gyno but have them on hand just in case.I havent noticed any bloating and i havent noticed "moon face".

    had you taken a hiatus from lifting/training? if so, it could be as simple as the small gain in weight seen when you first start up again...

    Im 33, 6"3,183lb,my diet is very good " 7 meals aday e.g oats,beef,extra lean ground mince,chicken breast,pasta,brown rice,whey protein,tuna,4ltr water per day,as for goals i dont want to be the "skinny guy" anymore and want to get to around 200lb

    You need to put down more food..if 5000 cals doesn't get it, go to 10,000..Whats unbelievable is 3 cycles and only 183 lbs at 6'3"

    Yeah i say 3 cycles but this is the first propper one, the first was dbol only{yes i know all about the no dbol only threads} the second was just a 500 p/w enanthate to see what i would recact like to test.I also stripped a fair bit of b/f in the second cycle too.

    yeah, he's probably listened to other jackasses at his gym and such...take it over to the diet forum, read the stickies, come up with a basic plan, then post what you've got...it's strange, but they'll do the same thing in there as they do here...HELP YOU...

    me, i'm old school, "clean" bulks are no fun...

    sorry ive got my weight wrong....im 13 stone 10 which is 192 pounds.I was looking and thinking "183 pound wtf? thats not right" so i went and jumped on the scales but set it to lb instead of stones.......

    Stoopid english system...lol

    That 200lb goal has just come lot closer lol,your right i should be aiming towards 220/240.

    100% man im 6ft3 also my weight is betwen 200-205lb and with my next cycle i will be looking for 220-240lb. make sure your diet is in check that is the most important thing

    my boyis 6'3 or 6'4 and hes 200 naturally without working out lol...if i was that heigh i would be shooting for 280-300. im 5'9 and im shooting for 230

    Perosnally I waited until I was 235lbs at 13-14%bodyfat at 6-4" was 21 at the time.

    Seeing as how you're 30+ already. Might as well eat like a horse and do some sensible cycles.

    No use waiting a few years to get to 235 naturally since you're already older.

    Agree. His natty test levels are likely in a downward spiral at his age. Incorporating a simple cycle of test should bring about nice results, providing everything else is spot on.
