do u scratch and poke your acne or is it better not to mess with it?

i always gave in to the white heads...they were just evil....and had to be delt with lol. but majority of the time you make it worse by damaging your skin while scratching.

You shouldnt touch them. If you do, wash your hands and use a tissue if you HAVE to squeeze it/them. You really shouldnt though. My derm and doctor say NEVER to touch them.

Wash the effected area and apply whatever cream/lotion your using.

I have always used a really small sowing needle cleaned off with some alcohol...

It doesnt always work if its a really deep subacious type pimple, but for me I can get most of them.

For me this is good because you can pop them fast with minimal irritation/scarring.

You still need to wait until they are "ready" to be popped before pricking them...

Just a thought...If I see the zit I get obsessed and have to pop it.

A good gf will do it for you and get those hard to reach middle back ones

The rule of thumb is that a zit will last twice as long if you pop it, and after popping hundreds of those little fvkers, I believe it.

Not doubting it works Armbar but i have tried that method and i have the kind of skin where scars love to hinder. For him it might be a good option but for me, my skin scars easily. I could see alcohol being used helpful.

Bro,whether anyone agrees with you or not thats not a good Idea...as another member posted that can lead to prolonged visbility and scars...drinking plenty of water and doing some tanning always worked for me.But hey whatever works for you...

Having had horrible acne b4 i gotta agree with popping them then cleanign everything up... Its gonna cause scars ethier way...
