    Is my multivitamin ok? senior formula

    I went down to my local supplement store today and wanted a iron free multivitamin and the only one they had was a senior formula and it was on offer cheap so i picked it up. Now the thing is im only 21 years old, is it still ok to use. Here's the formula, what you think -

    not bad. I've been focusing on Vit K here lately. Costco has an excellent multi vit #300 for $14. Vit K = 100%

    So you think that it was a good buy although it's for a old person and im only 21?

    two thoughts

    1) a good buy is based on value. the forumula could be explained this way
    Quality + price = value.
    did you say you acquired from GNC? if so, i suspect you paid mucho $$.

    2) the thing with these multi vitamins, your body can only absorb so much, so fast. the rest becomes expensive urine. So if you take daily, then I'd say for a multi, you should be G2G.

    on reread, you didn't say GNC, and you also said you got it cheap. YOu should be G2G

    ON opti men is a great buy its 18$ on bodybuilding.com i always use that multi its amazing and for the price peanuts

    It may have extra of vitamins that old people need, but that will not be a problem. as long as your getting little bit of everything your good.
