    oppinions please

    only posted a couple of times on here,so i thought it was about time to get some real oppinions on me.....i started off at 65kg....currently i am 105kg.....feeling a lot better and stronger...so here we go.

    before,no gear at all......diet was mainly chicken meals and pasta.

    after,current cycle,nearly finished cycle:-

    1-16 deca durbolin 800mg p/w
    1-16 test enanthate 750 mg/pw
    1-6 D-Bol
    10-16 HCG 500iu ed
    16-20 nolva/clomid

    diet at the moment is totaly crap....because of my job i often eat rubbish,this needs to be sorted out asap.

    at 5'7 i wouldnt have guessed you at that high a weight, not anywhere near it. do you have freakishly large legs or something?

    anyway, looking very tight mate, and if you are eating crap, your still looking nice and lean. well done

    the weight shocks a lot of people,i have to prove it top them by jumping on the scales!

    legs are about 25-26",always have had bigish legs since school,as i was a keen runner and since i started doing martial arts 13yr ago.

    Holding a shitload of water in the after pics.

    I'd assume you probably don't train legs much either?

    Get a good understanding of diet and a better training routine before you think about doing another cycle. Also I'd check your bloodpressure from time to time, look like you're about to pop. (drop all the sodium and crap from your diet, it shows).

    Post your current diet in the Diet Forum so we can help you clean it up and give you ideas on how to pre-cook food etc to take with you for more convenience.

    at the moment my current diet consists of a `normal` persons eating habbit,i used to be very strict with what i used to eat,was always checking backs of labels,but as i mentioned,i simply do not have time to have meals prepared for me because of my job,i have to grab food whenever i can(and its normally burgers and pasties).
    At the the moment im happy with my training routine,ive managed to slot it in nicely with my 2 jobs and also MMA,its all very hard to do,but im gettign there...and comments on a better diet would be excellent...cheers

    My comment on a better diet.

    Quit making excuses, the time you're spending on this board you could be preparing meals for the week.

    We shouldn't see you back here until that's done, that's one less excuse you can use.

    agreed ^ check the diet forum out, loads of good advice. Feel free to shoot me a pm and I'll help all I can but you might be better talking to I** or 1BUFF who really know there diet stuff. Have a read of the stickies then post a diet for critique that way everyone will make an input.

    thanks for the comments....at the moment im not any good at makin meals i can have which are clean as opposed to just eating a chicken and a tin of tuna......beast,tryed to PM you but it wont let me....

    You need 20-30 posts don't really remember what, but say some shit in the lounge in a comedy thread and you get there.

    Looking really swole, and when you cut I can see there is alot of good quality there. The back especially is very good and the lower part of it that many people lack, you have.

    thanks for positive comments,all of them have gave me a big buzz and is pushing me to work harder in the gym....looking forward to finally starting a proper diet,im losing quite a lot of water when im doing MMA,especially BJJ,i lost 4pounds in just 30mins of rolling around!!Its very hard work,especially when your on the gear!
