    How Long to See results from Anadrol

    Age 22
    Height 5'6"
    Weight 174
    BF Unknown - not extremely lean but can still see my abs.

    I just started my 3rd Cycle of:

    Anadrol- 50mg 1-4weeks
    T.Enthanate- 500mg 1-10weeks
    Equipoise- 400mg-1-4weeks, 500 5-6weeks, 600 7-8weeks

    I am at the end of my first week and still have not seen any dramatic results from the Anadrol. I will list my diet as I think Im eating enough. The only thing is that I went up 15lbs on my bench today. I am just curious as to how long until I see some noticable results from the anadrol. My first cycle was with SD and I saw way more in the first week with that alone than my current cycle. And even then my diet was shit.

    Here is what I ate, so far today (I work 3rd Shift starting monday nights):

    4am -Protein Shake ( I woke up in the middle of my nap)

    7am- 2 cups rice 1 can tuna

    10am- protein shake 45g protein

    1pm- pre workout protein shake

    3pm-6pm workout

    6pm- post workout protein shake

    7pm- 2 chicken breasts 2 cups rice some grean beans and broccoli

    What i will eat later on:

    10pm - protein shake

    12am - 1 can tuna 2 cups of noodles

    3am - 2 cups rice and 2 chicken breasts

    6am - 1 can tuna and some rice

    8-830am - Protein shake right before I go to bed.

    Now keep in mind this is just for my mondays. My normal hrs are going to bed around 8-830 and getting up around 330-4pm. But that is pretty much my diet. I will throw in some potatos instead of the rice and a cup of yogurt here and there. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

    whoa...

    1) what are your goals, to cut?

    2) do you honestly spend 3 hrs in the gym? Go to the work forum and tell them your goals.

    3) Between 4am and 6pm you have 4 shakes, 2 cups of rice, and a small piece of fish. Thats not enough, especially when you got a 3 hour work out in there. Where are your carbs? Go to the diet forum, post your diet and tell them your goals.

    My goal is to def. NOT cut.I want to get as big as I can right now. So I should just up my intake of food? I eat probably around 500-600g of carbs a day. I am trying to bulk up as much as I can. May be Im not eating enough. I know that when I was on SD I ate about half of this and still gained roughly 20lbs. I kept about 15 lbs of it. I just started this diet early December and have put on a little bit, about 5 lbs, but my body fat has decreased tremendoulsy. Thanks for the help.
