Take it from a long time pot head, you do need to quit. You say it helps you eat more but I dont remember ever eating healthy munchies. It makes you lazy and weak. As long as THC is in my system I can just feel the lazyness and when I force myself to workout I feel much weaker. My suggestion is to quit all together. If you feel you must just smoke once on the weekend (and by once I mean one joint, not one smoking session). I can feel the THC in my body and can tell if I am clean or not and if I just smoke once I am fine the next day but if smoke multiples I can feel it dragging me down for up to 3-4 days.

I personally just gave up smoking a few months ago. I was a "pothead" and would smoke everyday. I must say that I have noticed a BIG difference in my attitude and just an overall sense of well being. Smoking anything is obviously bad for your health and will most definitely hinder your gains. period.
Addiction is a sign of weakness. In addition to that, your addiction is your place or thing that you turn to in order to find your comfort zone. Can you honestly say that your addiction is comforting to your overall well being?
Weed can give you gyno.
Steroids can give you gyno.
Keep smoking will you still be a guy? No.
