    Thumbs down lost it all! where to start again?

    ok so heres the shitty situation. I'm 22 years old, and yeah some people say thats too young but whatever. I did 2 cycles in the past year and was very pleased with my results of both. My first cycle was a test only cycle followed by pct and then my second cycle was tren ace and test followed by pct.

    Within the past couple months, i had an accident and sliced open my elbow and chipped the bone. I havent been able to lift for 3 months and am just now starting to get back into the swing of things. I was planning on doing another test/tren cycle this spring but seeing how weak and small i am now, i dont think thats such a good idea.

    Finally for the question, if i keep a good diet and train hard, am i gonna gain anything naturally? i was thinking about lifting naturally for 3 months and then doing a test only cycle to start over. any suggestions would be helpful!

    YES,YES,and yes again bro...train and eat natty first....there is a thing I beleiev in and thats muscle memory...it will come back...Nutrtion is key along with a hard intense training regimen....the AAS use means nothing without that anyway...so get your body ready...also dont give yourself a time limit...three months is nothing you can keep gaining natty for up to a year and more...Keep in touch with your progress.

    just lift and eat hard for a while (6+months) then think about cycleing... If you where big b4 your accident your muscle will rebound well to its previous size...

    Well said. Really no use using aas to get to where you were naturally before.

    why would you want to take aas to get back to a natural point that you were at? ass is taken to get you beyond your natural point of growth.....bust your ass in the gym man and youll get there soon...plus youll feel better you did it yourself with out any help....

    because ive heard that after aas, you cant really get much bigger naturally

    Sounds like a great plan..3-6 months natty and then hit the gear again..While your natural try to get the bodyfat as low as possible before hitting the juice..This way you'll be in a better position both anabolic and metabulism wise
