    Safer to order powders from China or Europe?

    I would guess that a package from China would seem more shady, but I don't really know, does anyone?

    Either way you got probably a 99% chance of making it...

    Depending on where in Europe it could be a worse chance than china, all depends how that country is ranked by the DEA as a drug producer/shipper.

    ie DO NOT order powders from Holland (unless u want a seizure), but from England would be perfectly safe.
