    Have your puffy nips gone away?

    Has anybody had puffy nips go away after a while? If so how long until they were'nt puffy anymore?

    Mine did once I got really lean...If it is gyno and not fatty tissue, you are screwed unless you have surgery...

    Exactly, if it is squishy fat...then yes it can go away once u get lean, you might have to get down to 7ish% to do this...Then once its gone, try to stay lean for a couple months, and slowly add mass again, but dont bulk fast cuz if thats the last place to lose fat on your body, itll be the first to come back, guaranteed. gotta go!!! hunnys callin my celllll!!!!!

    i had a bro get well under 8% Bf and he hadpuffy nips. but as soon as he got to about 8% they were gone.
