highest ive heard is 600mged @ 800mg youll be getting ice water enimas....which i hear are great, if youre gay and like the cold....seriously 800 is crazy

used in not too long ago and going back on right away. I only went as high as 500mg though. It is up to you, if you can take the heat, and how your body reacts to the stuff. Everyone is different, one guy on here hardly felt the 500mg and i'm sure he was using the same supplier I was. Definitely 500mg is my limit. If you do try, go up slowly and monitor your temp. Funny thing is although I was really hot and sweating like crazy, my temp was only 98.8 which is higher than normal for me, but I felt like I was running a temp of 102. Don't know if any of that helps.

I won't be going to 800mg, I agree that is getting kinda extreme,. Im at 600mg know and I sweet like its my job. I was just curious about who has done it, thats all
