tren/ bromo or caber

someone pleaese help my brain is getting fuzzy do i need caber or bromo with my tren

Some people use it from the start and others will use it only when the sides show up. Bromo is more hit and miss on it being effective if you can get both I would go with the caber.

they both work well for me but I prefer bromo.

both work, but i have heard some dont respond to bromo, hence why caber is recommended
