My 15 year old bro is asking for gear!!

Man i was getting ready to hit the gym when I get this message from my 15 year old brother, he turned 15 a month ago today and he asks me this:

    Oh Crap! says:
    hey
    Francis says:
    whatup squirt
    Oh Crap! says:
    i neeed steroids
    Francis says:
    haha
    Oh Crap! says:
if i weigh 90 kilos and am 6''3 ill be short listed for the national team for rowing
    Francis says:
well u need to grow more then
    Francis says:
    and EAT

Oh man....he's currently 180lbs (around 15%) and 6'2 at 15, and recently won the Welsh indoor rowing championship by about 3 lengths. He's got the genetics from my mums welsh rugby playing family whereas I got my dads long distance runner genetics.

He rows 3/4 times a week and does weights 2 times a week. He can't cut this down because it's required by his coach..hes improving all the time though so I don't think he's overtraining.

Do you guys think the official how to bulk thread would be a suitable diet for a 15 year old? obviously cut it down a little cuz 420g of protein is unneccesary at his size i'd imagine.

If he gains 15lbs and grows 1 inch in the next 8 months he'll be shortlisted for the UK national team, he's a brilliant rower for his age so if he satisfies the weight and height requirements he'll be a shoein. (he's growing like a weed so I don't doubt he'll hit the height)

Anyway, anyone got any tips? How should I set out his diet? I've talked to my mum and she's happy to cook whatever is necessary and he is happy to give up cocopops and sugarpuffs and chips if it can get him on the national team.

So this is a blank slate here people, help me get him growing!

I'd especially appreciate I B D's help, he seems to be the resident diet guru, but any and all is appreciated

Man his body will produce so much of Test in his years 15-18 that he wont need a damn steroids! Tell him that, and than slap him in the face, kick him out to the gym. He simply won't need steroids for at least 4-5 years.

wow, big dude for 15! Imagine what he'll look like at 20

List his diet with macros if you want it critiqued.

I know his current diet is garbage. What I want help on is whether its a good idea to stick a 15 year old on the unofficial how to bulk thread diet?

    http://forums.steroid.com/showthread.php?t=113010

I emailed it to my mum already and she's prepared to do all the cooking etc but I want to know if that'd be ok for him. I recommended he probably only eat 6 meals a day rather than all 8. But is it ok for him?

His current diet consists of sugary cereal and toast for breakfast, tuna with mayo and pasta for lunch, 3-4 yoghurts a day, and a regular meal like steak or chicken of some sort for dinner. Not nearly enough to help him put on 15 lbs in the next 8 months IMO.

I don't think it would be a problem to stick him on the bulking diet. With the size and age he's at he would grow like mad on it!

You guys think all 8 meals are overkill? I was gonna start at 6 and see how that worked for him.

Age IMO has nothing to do with the diet, it should all be based on his size. He has a full grown adult body now so feed it like one. I think the diet would be fine for him.

I first started taking steroids at 16 so i know what it's like, if he's still growing they will probably make him much more tired easily... Also just to add in, but a common excuse for teenagers to justify taking steroids at their age, which i admit has some truth, is that they say that steroids act as a major multiplier for the other anabolic effects in your body such as growth hormone. Just needed to tell you this.

Yeah i know, theres no way he's taking gear. that's an absolute certain and he knows it, he was just desperate to make the weight. He's following the how to bulk thread diet now so he will make the weight easily..especially since his coach weighed him in properly and he isn't 180, he's 194!!!!

Which means my home scales are fvcked so I'm probably around 210! score! I gotta weigh myself properly now, but I was psyched to hear that!

But yeah, the point of this thread was never about gear, it was about whether a 15 year old was able to follow a diet like that (lots of protein) with no detrimental effects. I've got the answers I needed and he is currently following that diet (Wish I had a mum around to cook for me!)

Anyway, in 8 months time he'll probably be the only 15 year old ever to make the English under-18 national rowing squad! You'll all no doubt hear about it from me if he does!

    edited....
I just weighed myself at the gym, I'm still 196. I forgot the weight I was going by was from the gym and not my home one.

    fvck!

try meeting a bunch of people who do steroids. they usually have annoying personality flaws which scares away any normal chicks who MIGHTVE been attracted to their overly large sick vainy muscles.

    edt...just my opinion...of course.

Diets have no relation to age. The only thing you need to bear in mind is his height, weight, bmr ect... same as everyone else creating a diet.
The only problem i can forsee relating to age is that he will most likely eat a load of crap on top of what is already a high cal diet. Bulking diet + extra Macdonalds and crisps, coke = fatass!

im here for diet questions (the name of the forum). and i didnt mean just muscular physiques; i meant overdone, to the point of unnatractive, unnatural physiques. ask an intelligent, attractive girl capable of making decent jokes sometime what she thinks of those golems.
