I started a healthy diet after calculating macros and know everyone’s body is different but have some quick questions. I appreciate your input and apologize if some of these seem silly. I’m trying to get as much knowledge as I can and many members on here are quite knowledgable.

Should you weigh yourself only once a week for best accurate results?
How much on average can you lose once you start a healthy diet? (I know the body has to get used to it so of course you will lose some)
How long should you keep with the same foods? Meaning, if you see you’re not losing weight week after week, how many calories should you cut out? (recommended to cut out, also what foods?)
