Ok who ever decided to push and lift heavy objects and then ontop of it do cardiovasuclar activities to get fit and look good should be shot. Im having one of those days lol. Just sore as hell from yesterdays workout.
Getting ready to start cutting and getting a diet planned. Diet just has been off the past two weeks as I have slacked I can't lie and it shows.
Quick question for you all.
Im currently wei***ng in(as of this morning) 262lbs. (6'5 12%BF)
My goal = 235 By May 1st. Possible? I know it can be done but ah i just havent seen 235 in 2 years since my playing days. I shall post a diet I have in mind after im done putting it together.
