    time to post some pics for critique!

    since the topic has strayed from what improvements i can make on my physique, i have withdrawn my first post

    BTW that first pic is me in thailand in a shitty backpacker hostel with the walls that fall apart.

    Good improvements bro....
    Jumped on juice way to early man if your training for less then a year.. but good changes man hard to see the chest.. Traps/ arm look good

    How bout the wheels?


    Also i like the pink thong in the suit case

    thanks for all the positive feedback.

    people who only just meet me, treat me like a big guy. i always get asked what training i do and shit.

    the people that do know me just assume that i've been on steroids the whole time, when really i just strated. steroids didn't get me here.

    IN MY OPINION, you would look EVEN BIGGER if you dropped some body fat. You've got decent size there for a 20 year old, but I definitely reckon you'd look heaps better if you dropped a few kgs. And it would be beneficial to your health if you improved your cardio-vascular fitness (I am assuming you don't do a lot of cardio).

    i understand where you are coming from, but i am bulking. i do not want to hinder my muscularity and size gains to look a lil bigger.

    that stuff comes later. why cut now, when if i cut later, not only will i look bigger, but i will be much bigger

    you have made some big changes! looking solid man. could be just the pic or maybe bodyfat is a tad high, but looks to me like some gyno happening?? for 20yrs old you look like you work hard.good job.

    very true. im on the same boat as you actually with that. i can drop fat faster than i can drop a load. well not really, but you get what im saying. i have a really fast metabolism and sweat a lot, it just happens if i want it to. mista, lets see a back spread or just a still relaxed shot of your back. back is my favorite and i think my best feature as well.

    Very good. Could have added some size natty before you hopped on gear but past is the past.

    Looked like you have got gyno there..so be careful making it any worse..

    same here. i can drop fat so fast. all i have to do is stop increasing my cals and my fat just fades away. within a week i can see abs believe it or not.

    my back isn't my favourite pert as i have a wide waist. but i'll chuck one in for ya

    yeah, that's what i thought. but i ain't got any pain in the nips or anything. is it possible to get gyno without feeling sensitive or itchy nips? maybe its progesterone related? i'm unsure and would appreciate people's comments on this matter. if u want better pics of my nips and chest, just ask

    You didnt have to edit out the cigarette in the first pic bro its ok. And nice frank zappa mustache. Good improvement as well.

    thanks for the positive feedback everyone. i guess being an ex-smoker, although now have stopped for like 10-11 months, is still something i regret very much. but, i did kick the habit so i guess i should be proud.

    Yea thats gyno, i'm 19 and had it pretty bad (naturally) up until the last 4 months were it seems to have faded away. It could be the increased body fat since the bulking, but I went from 213 to like 206 after gettin sick and it felt smaller still. Maybe you should look into letro. I think it was a bit too early to start saucing too but thats too late. And it's not because of your age so much as your development, you could've gotten where you are now natty, it would've taken longer, but it's what you gain besides the muscles that makes training natty for a while worth it. I'll prolly start AAS on my next bulk when I'll be 20 so I should'nt talk. But looking good.

    here is the back shot but it is terrible. my waist is so wide as all my fat gets held right there. before i started training my wais was 30" now it is 34"
