i know at higher levels, test decreases collagen synthesis, making connective tissues weaker. however, i had heard from someone on this board in another post that supposedly at TRT levels of test (say 100-125mg/week) actually increases collagen synthesis? doesn't make much sense to me that a little would increase it but too much sends it the opposite direction, so hoping someone can confirm whether the claim is valid or not?
reason i'm asking is because i'm planning on doing HGH year round at about 2-2.5/iu per day. however, many people have told me that without adding test to the mix, it will do very little for you. now, though i have yet to have my own bodies test levels tested, i know they're not nearly what they used to be (i'm only 29, but my sex drive sucks when i'm not on test). anyway, the main reason for me taking the HGH is to help my connective tissues to keep up with the growth from cycles, as i tend to have rotator cuff problems and am hoping the HGH will help it. however, if the HGH won't be doing much without the test, i'd like to add it in as well (and of course do HCG every so often to keep from shutting myself down), but i don't want to do it at the expense of inhibiting the collagen synthesis promoting effects of the HGH.
