I'm just curious does anyone ever use western union to pay a source? I personally refuse to pay anyone through western union but it seems like everytime i meet a potentially new source, they asked to be paid via western union.

my source may start acepting paypal even...,but yeah..i use WU and e-gold..never had any issues.

I use WU no probs, the fee is a drop in the ocean compared to the price of the gear. Unless you guys are getting a course for 20 dollars

Last time I used WU I was out almost $500. All that glitters is not gold...the source put up an amazing front but was a flop in the end. I've found that CC payments have a much higher success rate. In order to accept VISA, for example, a company must be registered as a business with credit checks, etc. If you have never used this source...Beware IMO.

If gear is legal in the source country then PayPal is fine you can even claw the money back if you get stiffed, but they will get booted off when PayPal discover what it is theyre selling.

I've had the same source for the last 4 years. Gave me his home address a few months after we met and I've order shit loads from him since then. Address never changed, accepts personal checks, and even offered his ****ing phone number to me..I guess I got lucky with him though.
Oh and I've been told by the ladys that worked the western union desk that I knew personally that after so much amount of cash the transaction is investigated. I believe it was 500$

I use WU because it's so easy and noone asks any questions. I don't understand people complaining about WU being expensive. If you have the money to buy gear then the fee for WU should be nothing.

I use a legit source and cash in mail but it is not his address. I send the money somewhere and the gear comes from somewhere else.

I have used wu B/4 but i dont like it. Even got scammed about 2 years ago. Oh well cant cry bout it now. Now I use visa gift cards get them at the bank with cash and they are untraceable. (sp?)

hell i used paypal all the time till my bank called and said that my account type wasnt for that...i think i had a student account..but that was about a yr after I started and several thousands of dollars later...no big deal told them i would stop and my source accomidated me..never had trouble sense then...every time a source ask for WU i tell them to send a sample pack...and to date, only 1 has came out of several and i think their gear was fake, they sent 2 of the same kind of dbol tabs 10mgs...so much for a sample pack

I like having aslittle paper trail as possible. WU for me. I'd never consider ordering with my CC or paypal. Too many people have been busted using those methods.
A legit source usually won't give out their address, because they don't want the police or the competion to come knocking on their door.

Once you have solid enough refs, you can send cash-in mail...This is a luxury that I have grown accustomed to. I use a buddys return address in case it were to get returned to sender, yet it has no ties to me, and he can play dumb if anything goes wrong. So it works out well...

A few UK domestic sources I know and have used, ask you to send cash recordered delivery in the post.
International ones, I've found, use WU or MoneyGram.

I just recently sent some money through WU to my source (a VERY reliable and well known source) for an order. I sent the test question and answer which means he doesnt need an ID to pick it up. Well he went to his local WU to pick up the funds and gave them the test question and answer and they said that he would have to get in touch with me and that I would have to call WU and ask them to waive the ID for him to be able to pick the funds up. Now that doesnt make any sense because I talked to the WU people and they said once the test question and answer is sent it automatically waives the ID. I used fake everythings on the form from name to the addy to the phone number. What should I do?

oh damn...and i assume you dont remember the name you gave then etc etc for them to pull the cash back up?...i would probably call a western union office or whatever and tell them you gave fake info to remain annymous to the reciever as it was an order for ebay items or other online auction...then again i dont know if you could get in trouble for the fake name shit...i hope you didnt send that much bro...who knows maybe your source was going out of bussiness or downsizing his clientel and desided you didnt make the cut?? i dont know just be aware sources are out to make money they dont give a damn if u get big or not
