    PPWO meal right before bed?

My routine at the moment involves me going to the gym around 9pm to train 2 evenings a week so I dont get home til 10.30pm or so and Ill be going to bed shortly after that. Regards PPWO meal, what could I do? I dont think I should eat a heavy meal before bed, so should I have a big meal right before I workout or something? Weekends are no problem because I can be finished trainingand back home by 6.30pm or so. Thanks

It all depends as to your total daily intake. IF you are hindering your required daily totals it makes no sense to not eat the PPWO. After training your body needs the nutrients it will not turn it into fat if it needs those macros. If it has nothing to repair with, again you are hindering your gains

    ^^agree with prada.

it's all about your daily cal intake. If its your PPWO meal right before bed, I would do salmon/oats or some form of meat with good fats and a slow digesting carb source.

transform. i would eat a big carb/pro meal before your workout and after.

i would eat oats and egg whites before and after. i don't know your stats at all, and if you're bulking or cutting... which would matter as well.

Thanks for the replies. Im just back in the gym after a 7 month absence because of an injury and some personal stuff. Anyway, Iv lost alot of size (down from 195lbs to 175lbs now) and just wanna get it back. So Im guessing that I should have a PPWO before bed so
