Quick question... Do I want to diet 1st before starting my cycle? I am 6'1'', 210lbs, ~25%BF. I haven't worked out consistently in about 2-3 years. I've used steriods once before, over 10yrs ago. I now just got some Sus250, dbol, and nolvadex. Should I diet and hit the gym for a couple of months before starting anything? I do plan on sticking to a good diet when i start. Just wondering what the pros'/con's of starting right away vs. training and dieting to bring my body fat% down before starting cycle.
