Ok so i started myogenX for about 8 days im 19 years old 5,2 146 lbs around 7-8% bodyfat and i was wondering if you guys experienced barely any soreness after your workouts, and ive been working with heavier weights and more intense. but i was just wondering if its possibe that the myogenX made me go from 80 pound dumbellchest presses to 90 pounds in like 2 weeks?? like 80s were my max and now 90s are??? and for legs dont even get me started
