    real quick post, please help just a few answers will satisfy me

    im 22
    im starting a cycle
    im taking in about 3500 cal
    about 350-450g of protein
    been working out since 18
    6'1''
    215.7 lbs
    17% body fat

    here is a cycle i wanna do to gain some quality lean size and also tone up a lil bit:

    weeks 1-12 test 500mg injecting monday and thursday
    week 1-6 dbol at 40mg a day
    week 6-12 anavar at 50mg a day
    post cycle with clomid
    have nolvadex on hand

    im trying to put on about 20lbs that i can keep
    I WANNA BULK ON THIS CYCLE BUT I WANNA DROP FAT IN A LONG RUN LIKE ON OTHER CYCLES IN THE FUTURE

    I would loose the dbol. Maybe sub in something else. Also i know you have nolva on hand but i would take some kind of anti-e if you are trying to look leaner.

    AI would be better, leave the Nolva and Clomid for pct. Check out some ldex from ar-r or maybe even letro if you feel your really prone to gyno.

    You want to drop bf%, gain lean mass, yet add another 20lbs to your frame.

    A little hard to do all in one cycle. IMO you need to choose whether you want a strict bulk or strict cut.

    thats my long term goal first cycle i just wanna bulk and then later on i will go on a cutting cycle

    you could drop fat and gain but 20lbs is unrealistic maybe 10lbs while lowering bf, why not diet for a few months then bulk for the 15-20lbs.

    i have been dieting for a long time and nothing and i check with other memebers here in one of my other threads and my diet is good i just cant gain so im getting on a bulking cycle but i really wanna drop body fat as well so i wanna know if my cycle would be good enough?

    pick your cycle : bulk or cut. After you make that choice, your ready to design a cycle.

    I would say bulk, 250mg test enth/cyp every 3 days, 200mg's deca same time. maybe i bit of oral if you want it to hit fast. Anadrol or Dianabol, take yer pick. You will bloat, but it will go away with proper PCT and diet after the cycle. Sorry, most bulkers get you a little bit of a pumpkin head! Happy Halloween!

    If you keep your diet in check and cardio right you will drop bf% on cycle. You may not lose one ounce of fat though.

    Bro please explain to me how you can lower BF% and not lose any Fat...

    Try this

    1-5 50mg/wk Anadrol
    1-12 750mg/wk Test cyp
    1-10 400 Deca NPP
    1- 7 50 mg Proviron/ ED
    B12 shot
    Creatine monohydrate powder ED
    7000-8000 calories a day. 500 mg protein. Eat clean, but get plenty of carbs.
    20 minutes HIIT cardio, 3X aweek. AFTER workout.
    Lift as heavy as possible...5x5's , DC. Kill yourself for 1 hour, 5 times a week.
    H E A V Y !

    Bro, like i said, low dose test to start is a good way to see how your gonna react. You could even go that alone. Deca is relatively mild but has many great effects, and the oral is more of a jumpstart so you can see something quick. Your gonna have to bulk and not worry about cutting first. Cut later.

    exactly thats what i was thinkin BULK NOW CUT LATER, and oral is just so i can see results within first few weeks, and then how should i take nolvadex?

    I'd take like 40 mgs of nolva for ten days, then 20 mgs of nolva for llke ten. Start ten days after last cyp. shot.

    Extremely easy. Add muscle. Therefore your bf% would be lower, if you did not add any fat. Simple math.

    You didn't say it was your first cycle.

    Dbol 30 mg week 1-5
    Test E week 1-12 500/mg

    Skip the rest of the gear.
    But not the food and training protocol.

    thanks a lot seems like thats what ill do, should i still keep nolvadex on hand? also should i use clomid for PCT?
