    yea, i know...i screwed up when I was putting the options and i was trying to delete it to refix it, but it wouldnt let me change the poll itself or delete the thread so i could start a new one.

    Personally I use AAS to build muscle......I guess things have changed.....I thought That's what they were for. Also, I mostly use AS when I'm cutting to preserve muscle.

    Yep, Diet & Cardio Are my friends.
