I have read C Binos post regarding the use of Letro to reverse gyno.

I am a gyno sufferer.Been under the knife but after surgery ,went on a stack that led to it comming back whilst using Nolvadex.

Im very interested in trying to reverse the process as its toooo costly to go under the knife again.

im currently stacking again using GH and sustanon with nolvadex
must i use letro now to help with existing and future gyno or wait till stack is over and then try reversing??

how do i overcome the sex drive problem???

Since you seem so prone to gyno, you should be using letro all the way through every cycle. Even for a little while PCT because of your previous history. Sorry to hear about your problem, mate. Unfortunately you are not going to be able to get everything you want out of your cycles. Gaining less muscle is better than growing huge milky tits. Consider using gear that doesn't aromatize as much (masteron, tren) Good luck, mate.
