Unhappy FIBROMYALGIA (Thats what my chiro said i might have)

Since i got a lot of manipulations and the pain never quit goes away, or gets worst when i train again or overwork a muscle.

My chiro told me that i might have FIBROMYALGIA.

I have pains in the upper right traps area that sometimes goes in the front of the shoulder, and pain on my lower right side of the lower back.

I read some of the symptoms of Fibromyalgia and its really a so so.

He told me that its either this or that i lack calcium in my body.

I need to drink at least 3 glasses of milk a day for 3 weeks and chiro said to see how i feel after this.

Man this shit keeps getting better and better.

I got more x rays and my spin is looking great, no hernia nothing.

Its not a big pain, if i over do it i am gonna suffer but if i go within my limits i am ok. I can do tae bo and some bootcamp.

Yesterday chiro explained that there are various definition for fibromyalgia.

I read a lot on this and its all about the white fiber in the muscle the one that repairs the damage tissues, weird thing is that i dont have any of the symptoms, and people who have fibromalgya dont have inflammation in the muscles its only pain and the pain is either centered around a group of muscles or in the whole body.

All of this is very weird i am seeing an kinestologist today and bringing my x rays to her, she been practacing for 40 years and from what i ear she is awsome.

My chiro is a great person and human being, just to say i had 3 adjustments last week and he gave me 2 free, he got a tone of info on fibromalgya for me.

The only thing is that the pain always comes back so there is something else, he did wonders for my posture, my neck.

The pain is not intense has it used to be, its better but i am not 100%.

I would go to a specialist, many ppl get misdiagnosed with this when it's not the case at all.

A good sports doctor could probably help.
