im posting this for my girlfriend, but i have been working her out lately, she is about 5'4 115 lbs or so and she is already small but she wants to have a flatter stomach and toner body.As of right now i have her doing 30 minuttes on the bike , squats and lunges.
Im asking for advice on other things to help her tone up and another thing is eating right. when it comes to eating right its a big problem, esp with the both of us, but she can afford to eat like that because she is small. she either doesnt eat at all or binges, im wondering what are some healthy snacks or meals she get eat???
