    Im on week 5 of a 400 deca and 500 test per week cycle.I put on 12lb by week 3 and havent gained anything since and im now week 5.Do

    you think i well see any more weight?.Is it normal to gain that much so early as i didnt think deca peaked till around about week

    6-7, also read that some people dont start gaining till around week 10 with deca.My last cycle was a Enanthate only cycle and i

    started gaining around weeks 4-5.

    What is your nutritiion like bro??..you see you have to compensate your food for the added weight ...if you were eating a certain amount when you weighed 210 then you gain 12 pounds you calories should be higher or you'll hit a sticking point.

    i am on the same 6th week but with sus and deca, 500 deca and 550 sus. started at 194 and now 204.. I gained 10 in the first 5 weeks and have also hit a plateau. I have upped my calories by 1500 so now it's at 6500 calories day. eating lots of carbs, chicken and lean meat.. This should work for you also. let me know.

    Im taking in about 3500 cals per day (clean) no junk, split in about 8 meals.I eat every 2 hours starting at 8:30am and finnishing around 10:30pm.Find it hard to add cals without eating junk food.

    i am also on this cycle test-e and deca at 500mg each im on week 6 and so far added 10 pounds went from 195 to 205 no bloat and not much fat

    generally for me either of those compunds dont really kick in until weeks6-7..the 12lbs is most likley water..give it a little more time bro..3500cals super clean diet can be a little frustraing(as far as actual weight gain)..but will pay off for overall lean gains

    Water weight generally gets packed on first. I have had great success with Deca/Test cycles, probably one of the most popular ones out there. I usually averaged 18-23 pounds, and kept 15lbs, also good strength gains, no side effects. Try healthy late night snacks: dried fruit, nuts, or a protein shake.

    you may plateu in wieght gain overall but you may be changing your body comp. Putting on equal amounts of muscle as you are lossing fat.

    in order. i get up at 6am. and read a thread on here . i eat oatmeal with every meal. 300 calories each time. good for you with a splenda. i know this is hard and i hate it right now. but i am hoping for some great results.

    isopure shake
    meal 1 - 8 egg whites, toast and chick breast, oatmeal
    2- oatmeal, 2 low fat peanut butter sand.
    3- 1-chick breast, 1 cup dried fruit
    cup of almonds and another isopure shake.
    4- lunch. lots of chick or turkey breast. whole grain bread and pasta.
    5- wieghtgain shake. 900 calories.
    6-2 cans of tuna and some green veggies.
    7 pre-workout no-explode. it;s working i think. or it's a placebo effect. anyway who cares if it''s in my head.
    8- 50g isopure protein.
    then dinner buffalo,chick or lean steak. lots of veggies and yams or potaoes.
    1 muscle milk befor bed.

    I would never use that diet... 6500 cals? seriously.... thats a quick way to fat. 6500 cals are not needed for growth. Fat growth yes.. then if thats your goal eat up

    How many dumps are you taking a day? At 4000 cal/day I am on the bowl about three times. at 6500 I would have to put a TV in the toilet.

    Ya...that diet is wild. I ran the same cycle about 7 months ago. I gained like mad (like yourself) till the end of wk 3, then plateaued till about mid wk 5, then every thing spiked again. I went up another 8 lbs from wk 5 to 8. Keep eatin'...the weight will come.

    Im also taking these in a morning would it hinder my gains?

    1x 1050mg Flaxseed oil
    1x 550mg Cod liver oil
    1x 400mg Calcium
    1x 1000mg Vit C
    1x 500mg Evening Primrose oil
    1x 0.5mg Dutas EOD
