meal 1 - 8 egg whites, toast and chick breast, oatmeal
2- oatmeal, 2 low fat peanut butter sand.
3- 1-chick breast, 1 cup dried fruit
cup of almonds and another isopure shake.
4- lunch. lots of chick or turkey breast. whole grain bread and pasta.
5- wieghtgain shake. 900 calories.
6-2 cans of tuna and some green veggies.
7 pre-workout no-explode. it;s working i think. or it's a placebo effect. anyway who cares if it''s in my head.
8- 50g isopure protein.
then dinner buffalo,chick or lean steak. lots of veggies and yams or potaoes.
1 muscle milk befor bed.
