    Strength Supplement without Big Mass gains

    So a friend of mine came to me that plays soccer in college and is really good, but his coach recently approached him and told him that if his lifts dont reach the team standards he's going to get benched until they do. He needs to maintain his speed and agility, but is looking for something to boost strength and maybe even endurance. I was going to recommend him the Mega-Trn/Mega-Zol stack, but I dont think he's ready for that, and I dont want the weight to be on my shoulders if he gets joint problems from the Zol, so I'm wondering what other supplements you guys would recommend. I told him to revise his diet a bit, and to take a protein shake at least twice throughout the day, but I know he's looking for more noticeable strength gains weekly. I'm basically going to put the order together for him with a good multi-vitamin, low fat protein, and possibly glutamine, I just need one more product that will noticeably boost his strength without giving the size and bloatedness of something like creatine.     in a week i gained only 4 lbs but added 40 lbs to my bench

    hah... I know all about superdrol... just started my 3rd cycle of it yesterday, but I think thats a bit extreme for him to do for this scenario. Plus I dont want to have to get him on all these support supps, and PCT and have to worry that he does it all right. Basically the next strongest supplement that doesn't need special attention for PCT and isn't very toxic. And I have been following your log and noticed the 40lb bench increase in a week, and although I know its good stuff, something doesn't quite add up there. I'm not saying I dont believe you, but I'm sure there were other factors in the equation because thats just ungodly. In 4 weeks my bench went from 275 for 2 to 325 for 2, but you nearly did that in 1 week lol. Anways, back on topic, any ideas for a supplement other than superdrol? I always hear of new stuff coming out but they all claim the same crazy results so i like hearing it from actual experience.

    Creatine won't bloat him if he drinks enough water. Also if he just takes 5g post workout that won't be too much, but it'll yield nice strength gains.

    myogenX will give him a test boost that will be very helpful, diet and rest.. to build a bigger "bench" work his tri's... and make sure he is using correct form, that will give him several lbs to his bench..

    I'll look into that for sure... As far as his bench goes, they do very "soccer specific" workouts that include many leg routines, glute-ham raises, and a variety of core workouts with some upper body stuff. But obviously a test boost will help pretty much no matter what exercise you're doing so I'll check that out.

    im up 25 pounds on my curls 35 pounds on my bench 60 pounds on my legs and im only 2 weeks in....
