40 mg a day enough?

i am about to start accutane and i was wondering if 40 mg a day is enough, 20 in the morning and 20 at night? i dont want to run to high so i dont get heavy sides.

stats 5'9" 190

I started with 40mgs and got bumped up to 60 after the first month.

I think 40mgs is a good starting dose but that's of course based on how bad your acne actually is. It may be just right, it may not be nearly enough.

Good starting dose though...
