    Perfect idea to take protien on the go!!

    I dont know if anyone has a better way to do it but my wife found these in the baby section for seperating formula for indivual dosages of formula to be mixed in the bottles, and they work awsome in my gym bag for protein and creatine, and at about 2 bucks a peice you can't go wrong! You can get them in almost any baby section of any store. And it beats idividual ziplock bags.

    I always just put powder in a shaker bottle then fill with water when desired, works for me!

    Found this site lost of diffent ones and dif prices, to get an idea, there alittle more than at our Kmart here.
