    Kellog's Special K Protein Water

    Kellog's recently released a protein water. I haven't tired it yet nor do I know if I will. Here is the nutritional info:

    I saw that in a store thought the protein content wasn't high enough to invest in it

    I agree the protein content is not very high, and I bet the water is expensive. I will personally not buy it

    suagr is way to high for the protein amount.. which is insanely low. only time i could see using it would be PWO and i'd have to slam atleast 8 of them.... scratch that, i'd never use it.

    i think thats for the normal people and not us freaks who consume at least 250 grams of protein a day

    I also find it funny to have a protein water with more sugar than protein

    How about a protein cake next? 10kilograms sugar and 20g protein... that makes it healthy right?
