    Body Fat measure....

    What do people recommend for measuring bf%
    Calipers or a scale that has the digial read out?

    If it is calipers which ones do you recommend.. I had some accumeasure but it was so flimsy and it never really gave accurate readings...

    anyone give me good sites for both?

    Also next time post your questions in the appropriate forum. This has nothing to do with AAS.
