Did blood work 6 days after I finished a 16 day DNP cycle.
First 4 days 250mg dnp
next 3 days 500mg dnp
next 3 days 750m dnp
then the rest at 500mg

all levels normal except:
RBC 5.63 Range: 4.10-5.60
Hemoglobin 17.7 Range: 12.6 - 17
Hematocrit 51.3 Range: 36-50

The levels are just a little bit over but I am not sure if its the DNP that pushed them up. Last cycle had EQ so it might be from that, but I dont think so since its been 2.5 months since it ended.

Thought the result might be interesting to some.
