blank to all, I am over 35 and would want of the information, care to possible a first cycle. I Am high 1,83 mt and weight 77kg, with what I could begin, and for how many weeks? thanks anticipated to all

Run test only for your first cycle IMO. Proper PCT also!!!!!

I am going with a Test E (500mg/wk) for 12 weeks for my first one. Just still trying to decide how/where to get the test.

I have read that Test E takes about 6 weeks for you to feel it kick in. That is why I was looking at 12 weeks

Iwould go with test prop@ 100mg eod,@ but if you dont fancy eod inj being your 1st course, i would say the best alt is test e e4or5d @250mg for 8wk. I think you are better off with a short course as any side/ef will be minimal,also it will be easier to recover from. Dont forget proper PCT. All the best.

I'm thinking of doing a first cycle of test e as well and getting away from all the pro-hormones but I'm having a hard time getting started. I'm about to turn 33 and since I hit 30 my gains have hit a brick wall and I'm frustrated. I've been working out hard for the past 7 years and have a good base. I also have thought about doing a turinabol only cycle for the first and they both sound like either one will be good. Just trying to decide weather buying online is worth the risk.

Lariat you should start your own topic with this, maybe in the steroids area of the site. You will get much more feedback than bumping a year old post in the over 30 forum.
