Whats your bodyfat percentage and what weight class are you at and which one are you dropping to? Also how much do you weigh.

5'8" 205/210, prolly at about 15% bf, need to get to 190 to fight at 185
is the clen best cycled on a 2 week on 2 week off?
and what is an "mcg"? (thats the unit that clen comes in apparently)
you should be able to get to 185 no problem. No need to run a cycle at all and clen is starting to get a bad rep about heart problems. I think clen is poison I hate the stuff. You would be better off taking an eca stack imo. However you diet is the main ingredient in getting down in weight.Originally Posted by newconquest

1 mg is 1000mcg....clen is taken by the mcg...it is very strong especially the frist time you take it... start off w/ a dose of 20-40 mcg 2x's daily and adjust as neeeded...you adjust by listeining to your body...if you dont feel anything and would like too, up the doesage slightly...if your heart is racing and you ffeel like your going to tear through your advice do two things...one, eat something to mask the feeling, and 2 lower your dosage from then on untill you becuome used to your dosage then you can increase slowly...eating always settled my stomack but i like the way it makes me feel so i take it on emplty tummy...read the clen faqs
oh yeah, it got me down from 230 to 205 so i could fight as a light heavyweight.
why no test? steroids will not help burn fat. thats a question of diet. but they will sure help keeping lbm and strength
If you're getting ready for a fight you wont need your noodle anyway....Just make sure you doa goos pct...cause you will be shut down.
