Hawthorne berry. You can also go to Doc and get BP meds. I do.

Try the supps first. Best let the doc handle it if you choose meds over supps. He or She will decide which one is best and dosage e.t.c and keep monitoring your progress. Supps are good for prevention but if your B.P is up already, go to the doc immediatly. Don't mess around with it.

my BP meds also have a diuretic in them which REALLY helps with the bloat

b-blocker usually. But try everything else first (the diet and cardio thing). Once you are one a bp med, it will probably be for life, which is no big deal, just something to keep in mind.

my BP only went up when I started my first test cycle...I predict I won't need the meds after it's over.

my bp is already very high so then supps probably wont do it for me would it !? im seein a doctor this wednesday so ill talk to him about it

If your BP is high already then more than lilely your doc will put you on meds bro...

A lot of people are on bp meds, better to be on them if you need them. Long term untreated blood pressure it much worse.
