damnn bro i do cardio 15 - 20 mins everyday. I don't want to lose my gainsOriginally Posted by ebjack
cardio in the morning, have a 25g shake and then perform. keep your heart rate a little below target heart rate for a half hour 6 days a week. and alter your diet. i have been cutting since December 24, 2006, and droped 15 pounds 7% body fat.
this is taken from the "how to bulk thread" in the diet section. this formula will not reduce your gains..it'l keep you HR iin the fat burning area
Cardio - D*mn right cardio!! Yes even when bulking. Why? Because cardio works the most important muscle of all – YOUR HEART. Not only that, but doing cardio 3 times a week will help keep the fat you will gain in this diet to a minimum. Cardio should be performed on an empty stomach first thing in the am. The proper cardio for burning fat is done by staying in your target heart rate for fat burning which is 65-70% of your max heart rate for a period of 45-60 minutes. To figure this out you can use the following formula:
(220 – your age) * .7
are you currently on cycle? cuz some bros bloat like a mofo in the ab area when on..
lol...Originally Posted by trenzbyotch

that would explain some "bloat"
15-20 mins of cardio wont do much either man...stay hydrated & are you taking L-dex or anything?
