11am- 8 egg whites with ketchup, bananna drop the ketchup its full of sugar and crap, swap banana for oats.
1pm- 8 oz chicken breast or can of tuna, whole wheat wrap, light mayo, veg I would eat this closer to workout and sub the wrap for a wholewheat bagel to at least get some decent carbs in pre workout
3pm- work out (for an hour and and a half, cardio everyother day for 30min) Cardio ED
pwo- protein shake wheres the carbs? Add some waxy maize starch or powdered oats to shake
6pm- 8 oz chicken breast, salad w/ light dressing swap last 2 meals around so the carbs are consumed ppwo, eat some steak for last meal as diet is V low in sat fat and you need some at least
10- can of tuna w/ light mayo on whole wheat breat with veg

just give it to me, if it doesnt look good than let me know, if you'd change something than let me know...thanx
Add macros and total cals so we can critique it properly.

Yeah.. I noticed alot of the oats in PWO. You need some fast absorbing sugar such as dex or honey PWO. Is there something I'm missing that I haven't heard?

Post all your macros and we can help you... I was at your stats a year ago so might be able to help pretty well.

why do you need high gi carbs in your PWO? If you are suggesting that it provokes insulin spike high enough to produce anabolic activity then I would say that powdered oats and pro produce a spike too, whether either is enough insulin to be anabolic is hugely debateable and I would suggest from what I have read that it doesn't. The other reason to ingest carbs? To halt catabolic reaction to heavy excercise and replace glycogen - powdered oats will do this (or my preference waxy maize starch) just as well as dex or other high gi carbs.
So is there any need for high GI carbs in PWO? IMO no not really, but stick with what works for you.

you MUST have a fast acting carb like dextrose to replinish glycogen stores. OATS will NOT work. As simple as that. Anyone that thinks different go to *************. Every person on that recommends this. All the top guys in the world. Why? Because it works. I've done for yrs now and notice a huge difference when i dont use recovery drink pwo ie. whey/dextrose 2:1 ratio!

any carb will replenish glycogen stores. Will high GI do it quicker? Look into the science of it. A few years ago everyone tapered there cycles and didnt run PCT, does that mean it was right?
Science disproves many of these bodybuilding myths.
High GI carbs DO WORK, but so do low GI carbs. It has been hotly debated on this board by individuals far more knowledgable than myself. Run a search for PWO here or try having this convo with Giants or Johan.
I am not suggesting that you DONT have a PWO shake I am sugesting that it does not have to be high GI.
