injection site on shoulder killing me!!

I went from glutes to shoulder on this injection. 250 mg of sus and 200 mg of EQ. About 24 hours ago and the pain is bad traveling into my bicep. Im on arms 2day in the gym, should I work thru it or give it a day to heal up??

Is it the first time you shot in your delts? Could be virgin muscle, and Sust is painful due to the prop! try to work through it as long as the area isn't red and you have no fever. keep an eye on it for a few days, massage the area, add heat and ice as needed

The area is a little red and hurts like hell. I've only shot once before in the delt. Guess i forgot how painful it is. The site bled alot with injection, could this be cause of pain?

DAMN!!! I shot my left delt yesterday with sus 250mg and its a lil' sore but not bad.... in fact I shot my delts with prop all last week with no probs... I must be lucky with injections.... Im just avoiding the quads, that seems painful, lol!!!

Everyone one will say different. IMO I say its BS from personal experience.

If you could get through the pain, taken em in the shoulders is bomb dude your delts will swell up like bowling balls. hang in there! ice em!
