Exclamation need serious help with this one

ok my problem is the following..everytime i do a quad work out by the time i get home when i get out of the car my legs cramp to the point that its almost imposible to walk and i have to almost crawl. now i drink water all day and when i work out i drink a gallon of it. its not enough water to Phuk my electrolits but its defently enough to keep cramps away. so water is not the problem. I also have a banana every morning and i think that should cover potasium with other foods. so what in the world is causing this painfull cramps??

    thanx alot

to much water can upset your electolite component of you blood. It can leach out salts with your urine and through feces. Sometimes salt tablets like Potassium Chloride or regular table salt can help. even taking sugar with your water can help with absorbtions of water and prevent electrolite loss.
