sure, anabolics such as test are gr8 for helping to maintain muscle while cutting. 250mg/week is ok but like i've said a million x's to my bros, diet and cardio are the most important factor..
And these are in place, I just keep wondering if I ran a little test along with these that I could save myself some muscle.........what dosages are recomended since the cals/day are def inhibiting any new muscle growth, so too much test would be a wasteOriginally Posted by trenzbyotch
when cutting i like to run a shorter ester test such as prop, reason being it will kick in faster and levels will be stable faster as well, it will benefit you b/c it will help save more muscle mass.
Running a longer ester such as test e would work, but you have to be careful, since the kick in is longer and levels begin to stabilize after a couple weeks, so in the first couple weeks the test e wont fully be in your system, you could loose some muscle due to this.

bump for more info....with sust would 250mg/wk be sufficient...I'm guessing to split this up into 2 shots per week like a normal cycle of 500mg?
can u run it at 1.5 cc's per week or 1/2 cc on m,w,f?? that would be your best bet at 375 week of test
yeah, that would prob work. Do u think 375mg is low enough to keep me away from bloat?
It shouldnt bloat you to much at that dose. If your really worried about bloat just pick up some letro from AR.
Thanx for the advice...tren and super..I have l-dex on hand so I should be set...i'm at 20% bf down from 28% (natty) and headed to 14 - 12% (with this little test help) . When I get there I gonna PCT, take some time off, then hit a lean bulk with test and deca (and maybe some anavar at the end). I'm turning 40 in a couple weeks and am excited about getting back to the shape I was in my late 20's early 30's. I've done a couple cycles not really concentrating on the bf enough......THIS TIME I'M GONNA DO IT LEEEEAAANNN with diet and cardio in check.
