    Gains! Let's talk CM/INCH instead of KG/LBS.

When talking about gains after a cycle everybody is talking about KG/LBS but it doesn't tell us what was your real gains in muscle size.
When somebody is saying I've gained 10kg/22lbs it doesn't really tell us anything at all.
I've seen people with same lenght, weighting 90kg/198lbs vs. 100kg/220lbs. The guy with 90kg/198lbs looked much larger than the guy that was 10kg/22lbs heavier.

So, let's talk about CM/INCH when we speak gains.
What was your really gains after a cycle?

    Biceps/triceps?
    Chest?
    Thigh?
    Calf?
    Forearm?
    ...and so on.

You can also write down your height. Would be nice to see gains in measurements of CM/INCH.

Lean Body Mass gains are the only important gain in my book....second only to above

%bf prior to and after cycle and considering water weight prior to considering how effective your cycle was....

i did a hgh cycle and my penis went from 2.4cm to 2.6cm.

    awesome!

i think what ur asking is a bit hard to do, cuz u'd need to measure every bodypart, which I have never done (ever, I honestly dont even know what my arms are - who cares?...its how proportionate i am) and what bodyfat percentage you were etc etc.

    boring!

You say the guy who is 198 looked bigger, that also has alot to do with body frame. If a guy who is naturally 150 lbs and gets all jacked up to 200 lbs vs. a guy who is naturally 185 and jacks up to 200 they guy who was 150 will look alot bigger cause it is all muscle that dosen't really fit his frame thus making him appear much larger.

As far a measuring why? Are you self concious about a certain spot that seems small like your arms or smething?
