finished a 12 week cycle of deca and sust 2 weeks ago. it kicked in at week 5 i went from 5 reps on 225lb flat bench to 20 reps!!!!!! since week 10 i have felt as though i am loosing my strength and now i struggle for 8-10 reps on 225. is this normal, diet is good.
week 1-10 deca 2ml/week
