    i think that im losing it

    finished a 12 week cycle of deca and sust 2 weeks ago. it kicked in at week 5 i went from 5 reps on 225lb flat bench to 20 reps!!!!!! since week 10 i have felt as though i am loosing my strength and now i struggle for 8-10 reps on 225. is this normal, diet is good.

    week 1-10 deca 2ml/week
    weeks 1-12 sust 1ml/week
    pct to start next week arimidex and nolva (from lion)

    92kilos now
    85 kilos before cycle

    you've already lost it, you gave us mL's. and if you knew about sauce in depth you would know that doesn't mean anything.

    altough it was a very light course it did get me results, just want to know why im losing so much strengh so soon?

    we need to know what the dosage is...it can be 200mg/ml or 400mg/ml....just saying the ml does absolutely nothing

    o.k sorry guys, the deca was 100mg/ml so thats 200mg/week and the sust was 250 at 1ml/week.

    i did have this critiqued before i started and was told it was too low a dose but on the other hand had read that 1ml sust/week did have an effect on people who have taken it, everybody is different.

    in my case my cycle did have great effects i mean i put on 7kilos (15.4lbs) and like i said i could hardly do 4 reps on on 225lb flat bench but by week 5 i could manage 20reps, now the problem is since week 10 i can just feel my strength going, i just want to know if this is normal?

    pct starts in a week, arimidex and nolva.

    yah u're losing your water weight aka bloat.
    It will weaken you.
    Its normal and should be expected.

    PCT & diet will be critical to maintaining your gains.

    Damn, best of luck. I do not think that is normal, not with me anyway. That s*cks bro. Water weight, yeah, I could see losing 5 pounds because of that but 10 reps off the bench?!?!?!?! Hell no! Might it be in your head? Maybe you were just having a bad bench day. BTW, IMO, going from 5 to 20 reps is an unbelievable gain in strength. Power to ya, hope you did not lose that much. I'd be pissed as hell. Actually I just read it's your first cycle so to me those gains are believable and very good to man.
