i have no clue.....cuase if it didnt matter reg beef.....is cheaper he he
i'd imagine if most of the fat runs off u got notin to worry about.
GUYS NO WAY, it still has fat, Have you checked out the nutrition facts on even ground beef thats like 80/20 Its still mostly fat its not based on % its based on weight,
If the foreman could remove all the fat youd have virtually nothing left on the grill. Pony up and shell out a few extra dollars and buy extra lean
You are what you eat
The fat is within the meat you can't cook it all out
Sorry, either buy the leaner meats or compensate the rest of your diet to allow for the fattier beef.

say you cook a lb of beef thats 20% fat (90g of fat) and the little drip tray collects 100g of fat/water out of it...thats gotta be at least half the fat, thus resulting in your beef being the equivalent of 10% fat.
I don't see how you guys can say you can't cook it off, maybe not all of it but a good percentage of it you can

and i dont think there is any way to tell how much is actually cooked out without lots of testing being done before and after...
[if there is a simple way to do it, id like to know]
i stick to the 10% lean and figure in the macros for the 10% fat content, if some is burned off, then my diet just consists of a bit less fat then i account for. It can only be a good thing to be taking in less fat than you think, right? As long as it doesnt drop too low.
