    D-bol

    Can anyone help me figure out why i took d-bol (30mg) a day for 6 weeks and didnt get any gains what so ever and no water retention??

    A lot of possible reasons man. Give us a lot mroe info, as much as you can, to help better determine what happpend. i am guessing it was fake but ..........

    I am 22 years old and am 510 200 lbs. my buddy and I bought a 12 week bottle and split it up 6 weeks each. It came from a legit source where we have got other stuff from aswell. I also did a cycle of sust about 8 months ago and no result from that either. My buddy packed on about 25 pounds, prolly a 15 pound keep gain, I stayed the same.

    Then your diet and or training sucks man, no other reason I could think of.

    what was you rdiet and training like? Lay it out...

    Training- 5 day split. Legs, bi's/tri's, back, chest, shoulders. throwing in abs and cardio after training three days a week.

    I work construction so im up early, protien shake first thing in the mornin (bio x, 26 grams per serving, usually double up the scoops for 52g) maybe a light somthin to go with it. a bowl of oats. Then a pack a big lunch eat at 10 am, and again at 12 30, then get home eat again, gym, then another shake light snack before bed. And its all pretty healthy stuff. chicken and potatoes, veggies.

    yeah you're probably getting maintenance cals from your diet. try eating double that. you'll gain

    their is hearsay of nonresponders out there but.......your sure you were eating enough and the gear was real???

    you gain naturally right???

    imo gear was fake and diet is/was kak.
    only my opinion,but if hes not a relisble source why usehim??????

    ya i gain naturally. im sure the gear is real, i think these guys are probably right tho i need to pick up my eating

    construction that's like real work. 5 meals a day don't cut it. For bulking purposes I eat every 2 hours. i eat al most 250 gram of proteine and about 4500 cal depending, and about 1 and a half gallons of water.

    how much of your 250g of protien is shakes?

    If it worked for your buddy and not for you ,than it is real, HAVE you used any gear prior to the D-BOL, if yes what was it and how long of a off period before you took the dbol. Either your DIET is shamefull, your recepters are toast or the lesser of the two--fake gear---

    Well Either Your Not Eating Right Or The Gear Is Fake. YOU SHOULD HAVE GAINED NO MATTER WHAT YOUR TRAINING OR DIET WAS LIKE WITH DBOL. Did U Look To See If U Got The Same Stuff As Your Friend Did????

    i think my training is good but, i go heavy and hard while still maintaining strict form. but im startin to think i need to start eating like an animal.

    Sounds like the gear was fake and your friend maid his gains naturally specially if he was a newbe because even if your diet wasnt that great you should have seen changes to your body (like looking better even if you dont pack on 20 lbs) so my suggestion is to find another source.

    DBOL is incredible. The stuff was bad. Period.

    I also work a construction job and found that you realy have to up the calories. Ie your breakfast shake is a start but throw in abowl of cereal and some cottage cheese. With a high energy job you realy need to up your carbs[good and bad ones].Your body is going to burn it off anyways. Dont make it burn protien for energy.
    As far as the d-bol , that's some crazy sh*t it should make you grow regardless, maybe if your spacing it out during the day try taking them all at once.......lol

    Ive heard mixed thoughts about spacing them out during the day, or taking them all at once. Maybe it would have made a difference for me.
