I weight about 205-210, 5'7. i just started my cycle with decca 300. I'm doing the decca twice a week and 20mg a day of anavar. Some people say the dose is okay and obviously some people say I should be doing 50mg a day of anavar. I wanted to know the public point of view.

Did you read up before injecting substances into your body? Sell the anavar and get some test. I agree with the previous poster you will not get anything from 20mg anavar.
I apologize if this seems harsh but I read three boards regularly and these types of posts occur all to frequently and boggle my mind. It is difficult and frightening for me to imagine someone shooting stuff into their bodies, when they know nothing about it. I hope you at least have read up on how to inject safely.

Must be nice to be young and not do any research befoe injecting yourself...Jesus what happened to spending a little time on bookwork. I won't even bother with this question...Let me guess your age..Somewhere between 15 and 18

You'll get more out of this cycle by getting rid of that expensive crap and buying something else like test.

Var is a mild androgen. I don't think it serves a purpose unless you want to avoid sides, or you are a girl. You are 210 at 5'7". You either need something strong to get bigger, or you are overweight. Either way, var is crap for you.

Adding 250-500mg/wk of test is probably the best thing.
