The same as with orals..If it came with an eye dropper, 36 drops equals 1 cc..So if it's 100mcg per cc, 9 drops would be .25mcg, 18*.50, 27*.75..You can use a insulin needle a withdraw 1cc or whatever amount you need..Just make sure you taper up and then back down if using more then .50mcg
