what size needle gauge do u use to inject igf? the insulin from ag guys is already reconstitued does theat mean no mixing just refrigerate and shoot?

do inject in the middle outside of the biceps with igf 1? isnt that dangerous ?will i hit a vein or bood vessel?how many ius does the insulin needle have to have on it?l
