I have pain in my left wrist specially when bench press or incline bench press, but I have less pain with dumbell bench press. What happen with my wrist?? This pain f.....k my routine. How heal?
And I feel a little pain in my shoulder (in front) after bench press, but I don't feel with
military press or front, side delts routines. What's happen with my shoulder??
I think that all begin with a traps (with dumbells) exercise in the last rep I drop
the traps to fast with heavy weight in my hands (dumbells).
Help please!!
