Hi everyone, I wonder if anyone can help me here. I am on my first big cycle and I want to build some real mass but also to cut and rip more than anything else. I have done a 15 weeks on winstrol last year, and the effect was good, but nothing too special. I lost some fat and packed some mass but now I want really a fuller and ripped shape.

I have been training for while but no satisfaction on losing the extra kilos on around the waist line. I have tied many diets and I am even taking running and I began to run marathons (8miles) and at the gym and taking seriously lifting weights now.

I have been "playing" with the weights more and more, for the last 2 years, and now as I've come to realize that I need more muscle mass to help burn the fat, increase power and strength and tone the body all around.

I got from a friend of friend a program and I would like to check with every here, more experienced than me if it is the right thing to do.

It is 12 weeks long and will be done as such:

What does every one think about it please? Does any one suggest a training routine at the gym that I should follow? I mean, should I do cardio more than 3 times a week?
